Fellow Biafrans:  

The month of April will soon be upon us, a month pregnant with opportunities for us to become the masters of the land which God created for us, which God Himself put us in, the Promised Land, called Biafra . We should not feel apologetic to be where God has placed us. We should not try to appease or please anybody else by acting like we are not who we are. We are Biafrans—that’s who we are; that’s what God made us. The month of April 2003  is going to open the gate that reveals the way to our destination. Are you ready? Are you prepared?  

There are many scenarios waiting to play themselves out during this Electoral exercise in Nigeria. One most likely scenario is that the elections will be postponed or cancelled by legal fiat. If this happens, the chances of re-convening the elections again will be next to nil. This is sure to throw Nigeria into crisis. Another scenario that could lead to the cancellation of the electron is either continued clashes between the people and the Security/Military forces, or paralyzing labor strikes, or just plain typical pre-election violence that has characterized Nigeria ’s attempted transitions of government in the past. The end result is the same: crisis and chaos.  

Another possible scenario is the rigging of the elections during or after the voting process. That the elections will be rigged is well taken for granted. It is only the matter of how outrageous the rigging is that will generate heat which will lead to social and political combustion, once again, leading to chaos. The riggers are poised to do their dirty work—all they are waiting for is the holding of the elections. They are determined that nothing or nobody can stop them. Thus, the die is cast in this scenario. The results of any elections held under these conditions are of course subject to contest and non-acceptance.  

Fellow Biafrans: in the event of chaos before, during or following the elections, these are our instructions:

1. We must remain united, in solidarity. 
2. We shall continue our total support for APGA and Ojukwu
3. If voting is happening, we shall all vote for APGA candidates and for Ojukwu—every single one of us.

Fellow Biafrans: only by sticking with the above simple principles can we weather whatever scenario is thrown at us. It is hence for this reason that we must value our Unity and solidarity above anything else. It is for this reason that we must place our unity and solidarity---and its expression as total support for APGA and Ojukwu---above anything else. United and in solidarity, we have equipped ourselves with the winning armor. This Divine armor will shield us from whatever chaos exists in the system.  

Listen carefully to the next set of instructions, Biafrans. In the event of chaos, the people, by virtue of our unity and solidarity, and by the fact of our full support and block vote for APGA  and Ojukwu, have empowered APGA candidates, under the leadership of Ojukwu, to take over the political helms and governance of our people through the period of transition, for as long as it lasts. As such, in the event of chaos:

1. The current group of elected officials in Biafraland shall bow out gracefully, since their term has either expired or has been terminally punctuated by abortive elections.
2. This group shall hand over the reigns of government to APGA candidates and to Ojukwu, because there will be no supporting political base for this group, PDP and any other parties having been rendered effete by the chaos.
3. It will be unthinkable that this group, without the backing of the evil and murderous PDP machinery, now laid to waste by the chaos of failed elections, will attempt to cling to power, seeing that the people are united and in solidarity, and have chosen APGA and Ojukwu to represent and govern them.
4. In the unlikely event that this group still refuses to go gracefully, the people by the sheer force of will and mass and numbers shall drive the group out and subsequently replace them with APGA and Ojukwu.

Fellow Biafrans, you now begin to see why it is absolutely necessary for us to be united and in solidarity and for us to support APGA and Ojukwu fully and under any circumstances now. You see that there is no hidden agenda and no secret plans or motive. This is a simple, plain plan, a Divine mechanism designed to lead us out of the thorn and torment called Nigeria , into our own God-given and God-blessed Promised Land known as Biafra , a land that existed well-before Nigeria was given name and form by colonial fiat. Therefore, every Biafran, every Igbo, must support this plan and act accordingly. There is no acceptable reason for any of us to act otherwise. We are going with God’s plan: unity and solidarity, expressed practically and visibly as full support and block vote for APGA and Ojukwu.  

In this scenario of a chaotic electoral aftermath, the united people, in solidarity, will give their mandate to APGA and Ojukwu to prepare us for a Sovereign National Conference (SNC), where we can discuss terms of inter-National relationship with the other nations living in erstwhile Nigeria , with each Nation recognized as sovereign and independent. Here, other issues will be negotiated, but not the sovereignty and independence of these nations, which is non-negotiable.  

Fellow Biafrans: we have taken you step by step through what we need to do, what we will do, what we shall do, in the event of a chaotic outcome of the electoral process in Nigeria , whether or not the elections hold. It is all mapped out, and it is simple: it is based on Unity and solidarity, with the proof of our unity and solidarity being the expression of our full support for APGA and Ojukwu, and our act in voting for APGA and Ojukwu en masse.  We shall need to remain united and in solidarity and in full support of APGA and Ojukwu through thick or thin while the chaos lasts, through SNC and beyond, into Biafra.  

The above should be clear to everyone so that there will be no doubts and no hesitance. Every people, every nation, has not just a right but a duty, an obligation to protect herself in times of crisis and chaos, from falling prey or victim to the adverse situation. We have not advocated harm to anybody else, to any other people or to any other nation. Our plan is for our own survival and our own fulfillment as a people and as a Nation of Biafra. This plan is of God, by God, and is not designed at the expense or the victimization of any other people or Nation. Our conscience is clear; our extended arms and open hands are plain to see, concealing nothing, expecting a reciprocated respect-full, if not a friendly, shake with other peoples and nations.  

Fellow Biafrans: there is one more scenario. Once again, with our people united and in total solidarity in our full support and vote for APGA and Ojukwu, the outcome will be the same for our people with respect to Biafra Actualization. In this scenario, the elections actually hold, and there is no rigging. In the Presidential election, when we all cast our votes for Ojukwu, that gives him 33% to 45% of the votes, so that neither Obasanjo nor Buhari can get over 50%, because we know that regional voting pattern is the only reality. This will force a run-off and the outcome will depend on who are left, and who gets our block vote. Only a candidate with plans for SNC can garner our votes.  

In this same scenario, on the regional front, when we vote en masse, all our elected regional officials shall come from APGA. Then, we can rest assured that our interests can be represented as a block by our representatives in any assembly or congress. Then, we can obtain and practice our own autonomy and push for SNC and resource control, and all the issues which are certain to pave our way to Biafraland.  

While we do not see a chance for this last scenario, we nevertheless must be prepared for it and there is only one preparation: the same for every scenario: Unity and solidarity of our people, unanimous vote and full support for APGA and Ojukwu. That is our ticket. That is the key. We have now explained how it works. We can only do one thing now—that is to accept, adopt, and act out this plan!  

Fellow Biafrans, please do not ask any more, “what can I do?” You now know what to do. Pass on the plan; explain it to any doubting Thomases. It works. It is God’s plan for us, for the liberation of Biafra . It is all laid out above. Study it. Follow it. It starts and stays with Unity and Solidarity, support and vote for APGA and Ojukwu. Make every effort to reach all our people with this message and plan, not just those eligible to vote. When you can do this, you will have answered your own question as to what you can do.
